Wonderfil, PBC is pioneering certified refill technology for liquid and cream personal-care and cleaning products. Our autonomous refill stations make it easy for people to reuse containers instead of buying single-use plastic bottles. We’re scaling across universities and retail nationwide, and we’re looking for a Head of Operations to help us build the backbone of our product distribution network.

Position Overview
As Head of Operations, you’ll design and oversee Wonderfil’s upstream and downstream supply chains — from bulk product inventory management to data-driven replenishment and delivering our refill stations across the country. You’ll develop the processes, tools, and teams that ensure every refill station and customer has the right products at the right time. This role bridges logistics, systems design, and execution and it’s ideal for someone who thrives at building operational infrastructure from the ground up.

Compensation
This is a full-time, salaried position with a starting base salary of $100k-120k, depending on experience. In addition to base pay, Wonderfil offers performance-based bonuses, equity participation, and opportunities for advancement as the company grows. What You’ll Do

Build and manage Wonderfil’s product distribution system for bulk liquid and cream products, including IBCs, reusable pouches, and refill station restocks.

Develop inventory tracking and forecasting processes across warehouses, customer sites, and refill stations.

Select and implement an ERP system that integrates production, inventory, sales, and logistics data to create a single source of truth for operations.

Collaborate with the software team to design a live inventory dashboard that integrates station data, warehouse stock, and customer refill rates to automate restock recommendations.

Optimize logistics and reverse logistics, including refill pouch cleaning, shipping, and regional distribution.

Establish vendor and copacker relationships to ensure quality control and efficient turnaround times.

Hire and manage operations staff and technicians as the company scales.

Implement SOPs and safety protocols for production, shipping, and storage of liquid and cream products.

Continuously improve cost efficiency, throughput, and sustainability across Wonderfil’s supply chain.

​Required Skills & Experience

5+ years experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management (CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing strongly preferred).

Proven experience standing up new operational systems and building scalable processes.

Excellent project management and analytical skills.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with software and hardware teams.

Strong understanding of inventory management software, ERP systems, and basic data visualization tools.
